To begin with, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, valid teaching certification, and have at least 3 years of experience teaching the relevant language or subject. Additionally, Bilingual Bridges requires bilingual tutors to have experience in bilingual education, online tutoring, and working in K–12 schools.

We also seek bilingual tutors with flexible availability who can commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week. Consistency is key to supporting student success.

If selected after submitting your CV, you will complete a one-way interview, personality assessment, demo lesson, and a live Zoom interview. We accept bilingual tutor applications on a rolling basis, so there are no set deadlines.
